We all develop ways of navigating life. Some help us grow, while others may leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves without fully understanding why.
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, become curious about our experiences, and begin recognizing the patterns that have shaped us.
Sometimes that means exploring difficult emotions, revisiting experiences from our past, or discovering parts of ourselves we've learned to overlook.
I believe that the more we understand ourselves, the better equipped we become to navigate our lives with greater clarity, compassion, and trust in our own judgment.
You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for. We can discover that together.
I believe the relationship we build together is one of the most important parts of therapy.
My approach is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I take the time to understand your experiences, listen carefully, and share what I notice as we explore the patterns and emotions that may be difficult to recognize on your own.
I draw from years of clinical experience, trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, and other therapeutic approaches. But I don't believe in following a predetermined path for everyone.
I get to know you so I can help you get to know yourself.
Our work moves at a pace that respects where you are, with room for curiosity, vulnerability, and meaningful change.
Finding the right psychologist is an important decision, and I welcome the opportunity to see whether we're a good fit.
I offer individual psychotherapy in English and Spanish, with an approach tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals.
